 PLASENZYM is an association of a gastroduodenal motility regulator (metoclopramide) with an enzymatic complex (bromelain and pancreatin) a choleretic (sodium dehydrocholate) and an anti-foam surfactant (dimethylpolysiloxane). This affiliation is expecting to redress dyspepsia due to cluttered motility and enzymatic discharge of the gastroduodeno- pancreatic region.


 Metoclopramide, because of its specific normalizing effect on the motility of the gastro-duodenojejunal tract, is capable of selectively restoring the normal transit in that region.

 PLASENZYM is indicated in all dyspepsia dependent on associated motility and secretory disorders. L Lorem Ipsum has been found to be beneficial in various dyspeptic syndromes of gastrointestinal, biliary and pancreatic origin or due to improper diet.


 PLASENZYM eliminates symptoms common to the above mentioned syndromes which are epigastric discomfort, post-prandial headache; full feeling and abdominal distension; heartburn; belching; nausea, flatulence.


 DOSAGE

 Treating dyspepsia can involve taking sugar-coated tablets before each meal. Depending on the severity of the condition, a single tablet may be enough, or more may be taken depending on the patient's needs. Dyspepsia can also be treated by taking tablets with meals.


 WARNING

Extrapyramidal symptoms may occur with overdose of metaclopramide, but recur if treatment is discontinued. The same phenomenon may exceptionally occur even at therapeutic doses, in patients who particularly sensitve or simultaneously treated with neuroleptics.
